Yeesss..!! 11 days with no smoking. Seems like the time is running so fast. And its no hard to what I am doing. If you look from the different point of view , then you can achieve the simple thing – quit smoking – very easy.
I’ve been trying to stop smoking for at least 4 times in last 2 years. I was using the patches, chewing gum with nicotine, even hypnosis. It did not work as I was expected. I stoped smoking for 4 months in last year. But the only problem was – I was thinking about smoking for day and night. Thats why I start smoking again and I felt good again.
But I am not one of those people who will stop it so easaly , so I tried again, and again.. Why I am trying so much , If I enjoy it so much? The only answer is – Cancer. I want to die old, not because of smone stupid multichemical stick , which burns your lung out, but because of the age. I want to see my grandchildren finishing school. I want to see so many things , that I am afraid to die..and not beause of cigarretes.
And then the May , 2011 came. It was araound 15 days ago , when I decide to try again , but using different method. I bought the book called ”Easy way to stop smoking” by Alan Carr. Tell you, its the best book you will ever read about quiting smoking. It should be a Cristmas present for each of the smoker. The main idea of the book is to teach you one main thing – Is it cigarretes give you anything or takes you everything? It is any benefits of smoking? Hell no. There are none. You are smoking because of some stupid illusions, what you think is relieve of the stress , boredome, fun, etc.
Well , anyways, I am there ..I think thats good way to start the non-smoker journey.With an Idea that smoking is not your friend , who you gonna miss.

Its all about dangerous Hanna. I did not see the trailer, but I read some written preview, what told me that Hanna will be about the girl , who is raised by her father in Hitman style. Its reminds me film Leon, which was about Hitman and the small girls, he tried to raise as the follower. These movies supposed to be all about the action. What I was expected is – there’s is a father, there’s a daughter. They spend their times killing people. That would be perfect for me. I guess I was wrong. These movies (and it definitely made it better) were also about character play. There were some Drama elements (father daughter relationships etc). There were some tiny romance bits. Friendship.The basic plot was told by girl named Hanna, who is living in the forest. She has been trained by her father as an assassin. It’s all about to kill one person. She has never been in outside world and acts the way she supposed to. In the same time she is very clever (many languages) , strong , good cook and so on. After a while Hanna tell us who is the person she wants to kill, and she goes to kill the person.Her father acts as an assistant.The movies are straight forward and there were no problems to answer question s- why, what, where?At the end , it was more about the ‘’How is to be daughter of Most Wanted’’, than ‘I am Most Wanted, come and get me’The main character is the girls Hanna and the movie is basically about her. She is a bit strange sometimes (annoying I would say) , but what can you expect from the person who lives in the forest for 15 years.She is cool, she is friendly and she is dangerous .The actress (Saoirse Ronan) acts very great, just sometimes leaves the feeling that her acting is not very real. But I would forgive the girl, who is 16 years old and has been in 4 major movies already.The Director has dome amazing job. This is mainly because, there are no many action movies on this level in Europe. I could see just a few differences, what would separate from Hollywood action movies. Those were fighting scene in the Harbor, and the running scene in the Dinosaur park. It looked very cheap. But the rest of the film was well directed.In Overall I enjoyed the film. It was amazing experience to watch beautiful nature at the beginning. Also the way father of Hanna gave her lessons. It was very serious, not like typical father would do. I liked the way action places changed. There were snow, desert, Morocco, Germany and so on. Very many changes in action.Hanna is not for everybody. There will be people who will run outside cinema after 5 minutes, after Eric Bana leaves his daughter in the middle of the cold field. The will be people who would feel uncomfortable about the killings she does. It’s a mix between Hitman, Salt, Leon. You have to be ready for this. Hanna is a good 7 star film. It’s a movie that is perfect for my taste , and leaves me satisfied, but sometimes there are some cheap elements (fighting scenes) what makes me think , that this could be better.

Most of us have tried any type of drugs. There are drugs , which make you healthy when you are sick. There are drugs , which makes you calm , when you are nervous. There are drugs for party and there are drugs to make you sleep. BBC has interesting documentary about 20 most dangerous drugs used in UK. I can admit, that In my opinion the most dangerous drug is Nicotine. As a ex smoker and other drug user , I can say , that Nicotine is by far the most addictive drug. Its legal, so you can by it in any corner shop. Start with one ciggy and there is no easy way to stop. The mosst important part is , that Nicotine kills more people than the rest of the drugs together. But stil BBC list shows that Heroin and Cocaine is the most dangerous drugs in UK.

I am a smoker. Its a fact and I am so afraid of that. I am trying to give up smoking around 8 times in last 2 years. Trying to use every single method available. What is the main reason for me to try so hard ?I love the life. i dont want to be one of these 440000 people who died because of :
- Cancer
- Hearth Diseases
- Respiratory Diseases
- Seconhand Smoke /Cancer of Hearth Diseases
- Fire in house
- Fetus and Infant Deaths
As you can see , there are plenty of reasons to cut the crap and stop smoking.

It’s been long time since anybody can create music by using special software on their Pc or Mac. Before that , people were using different hardware, for example guitar , piano,etc. Most of us still using them, but its so much cheaper and easier to use a computer-based DAW, what means “Digital Audio Workstation”.
The best DAW are commercial systems ,some of them are really expensive. However one software , which allows to generate hundreds of instruments, is cheaper than one good quality guitar. That is the main reason , why DAW are so popular.
Even so, it’s not just about creating music. It is about creating, recording, editing and playing back. All the record companies use DAW.

On 23rd of April, the worlds the most popular DJ Armin Van Buuren arrived at London to give the best show in London. I decide to go, because of the fact I love trance music. And Armin has so much influence in trance nowadays, that it would be a crime not to see this guy. So I paid 40 pounds , what was very expensive, in my opinion , but I knew It will be worth it. So I and my two mates went to this place. The place was O2 academy in Brixton , quite famous venue for some popular music stars. After we got through hundreds of security guards, we went to the main dance floor. We were so excited, probably like a small chill that sees mother buying ice cream. The sound was outstanding, the light very chilling blue. We were ready. It was around 10 pm when we arrived. We had to wait 2 more hours for Armin. Everyone was dancing and happy. And then he came. Felt like a new year. He turned on thesound, and the show could start. That was the best show I’ve ever seen in my life. I was expecting very good DJ , who is popular because of some cheesy tunes, but it was different. This guy showed that he is actually very top class and the show he provides was unbelievable.
